Intentar controlar un garabato para que alcance un objetivo, esa fue la meta que resultó luego de muchos cuestionamientos, la idea era encontrar un proceso que diera resultados, libres, "vivos" e inocentes como los de un boceto o un garabato de cuaderno, algo que se pudiera repetir y aplicar en el trabajo de diseño. Todo fue parte de un pequeño trabajo académico, y como parte de ese mismo ejercicio se tomó el lenguaje como reflejo de la cultura y la idiosincracia costarricense, específicamente palabras "ticas", por preferencias personales una selcción que incorpora la "CH", en realidad son excusas para intentar mezclar técnicas como la tinta, los marcadores, las acuarelas y las serigrafía.
Esta es sólo una selección porque el proceso en realidad generó muchas más variantes de las ilustraciones, además de otras palabras que no están aquí.
A doodle that is guided towards a goal, and somehow manages to stay "alive", free and innocent, well maybe, that was the goal at least, whether or not it work, is just an opinion. It all happened as part of an academic approach to our Costa Rican idosincracy, more specifically the topic of language as a reflection of culture, thatmlater became the center of the excuse that was chosen to explore some mixed techniques, like markers, watercolors, sceen printing and simple doodles. This is just a selection, because the actual process generated many more variants of each illustrations, and also some othe ones that are not here at all.

Pochotón: Gordito, en buena forma. Ej.: Vieras que el chiquito de Natalia está bien pochotón.

Cuecha: Esputo, sustancia secretada por las vías respitatorias (flema) que se arroja de una sola vez.
It refers to the act of forcibly ejecting saliva or other substances from the mouth, this expression is a little bit rude, a popular way to say spitting or spit.
Chunches: Cachivaches, trastos, trebejos, baratijas, tiliches etc. En realidad cualquier objeto puede llamarse chunche, cuando no se conozca su nombre o no se lo quiera expresar.
Basically, stuff, this word honestly applies to almost anything that is hard and material, no abstracts here, quite hard to draw by the way.
